As you can plainly see if you navigate to his YouTube channel, Fred is promoting a sick thing. Apparently, he is making his viewer fanbase (a.k.a., the children of youtube) believe that if you merely ACT like a child, regardless of your age, you always be cute, innocent, and blameless.
