Then go to Start -> Run -> cmd.exe

now a window will pop up with something similar to:

C:\DocumentsAndSettings\NAME (doesn't really matter what it is)

At this point, type: cd \

This will take you to:

C:\

now you need to navigate to the LOLVOTES folder, which can be done by just typing: cd LOLVOTES

now you should see:

C:\LOLVOTES\
