Level 23 took me a while because of the luck that the first debris falls onto the next lot.
What I did was (triple) bomb the triangle roof and the walls under it, then hopefully they fall at least knocking a bit of the walls near the ground in the following group.
Then send the (triple) bombs to that bottom corner. It should at least kill the 2 dudes from the bottom.
If the whole thing does not fall from now (I was lucky to get this scenario) then keep (triple) bombing up the wall with the two or three bombs left.
You do not have to knock the walls over to kill the royals, at least have them in the bombs' range when they blow up.....

P.P.S. When you win you get to own land given to you by the king and he wants you to build as many castles on it as you can. I.E. your own level editor!!!
