Gov jobs are for people that didn't do well in school and were either (a) beat with the ugly stick and actually have to work for a living, (b) got an "in" at job because they settled down to pay for their overwhelming needs (a family/a new husband/welfare/single mom), or (c) got an "in" because of connections/EEOC.You might think that attractive people would be hired by people via inside connections, but those people that do the hiring usually will not hire someone who isn't about as ugly as they are.
